狭く、安家賃で、風呂の無い部屋に住む人々のために提供され、脱衣用の小さな個室とシャワー用の仕切りがある。
タイマーのついた給湯装置があり、数百円を入れると稼動し、10分から15分程度、お湯を浴びて汚れを洗い落とすことができる。
