『エアー萌えっと』は、メイド一人と一緒に個室を、三十分間利用するごとに二千五百円請求する。
その個室では、客と越すプレイヤーは、カップ一杯のお茶を二人で分け合ったり、肩をマッサージしたりといった、結構なお楽しみが行われる。
一時間につき六千円で、客は店の外に『散歩』としてメイドを同伴することもできる。
