アマゾンの口コミでは、アシスタントダンサーの評判が悪いです。

確かにちょっとおなかがでている人たちですが、こういうフィットネスＤＶＤの中には、

たまに、ぎょっとするようなアシスタントやモデルがいるので、

フィットネスＤＶＤにヴィジュアルを求めるものではないと思います。

ただ、この先生のパフォーマンスは私はとても気に入っています

中年の先生ですが、美しい踊りだと思います。

内容は、とっても基礎的な技術の練習です。

振り付けの指導はありませんが、アマゾンの口コミだと、

ハンドモーションの指導に定評があります。

それはなぜかというと、この先生はフラの指導もしているらしくて、

多分、フラの技を取り入れたハンドモーションをしているのでは？と思います
