Apparently gets this from her father. Likes sweet things, hates horror. Eats everything Konoha writes her, no matter how odd they might taste. No good with sports and machines. Currently living with the Sakurai family. 俺の嫁。 &bold(){Inoue Konoha (井上 心葉)} The narrator, and protagonist. Second year high school student at Seijou Gakuen. Submitted a novel he wrote, Sora no Niteiru (青空に似ている), in his third year of middle school to a literary magazine under the pen-name of "Inoue Miu" (井上ミウ) which ended up winning first prize and becoming a bestseller and having movie and drama adaptions and so on, but Miu's attempted suicide occurs shortly after and since then he has avoided getting involved with other people, sworn off writing, and occasionally suffered from attacks of hyperventilation. However, he has started to brighten up ever since meeting Tooko. &bold(){Asakura Miu (朝倉 美羽)} A childhood friend of Konoha's. They were together for most of their childhood until she attempted suicide then moved away in their third year of middle school. Yandere. Or maybe dereyan. Or yangire. The next, seventh book will be the last. Each book is to some extent based on one or more literary works. The series was eighth in [[Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! 2007]] and third in the same for 2008. It recommended me several books and comics I already had, Nanoha DVDs, and several light novels including stuff like Furumeta (had already read all of it), the Muv-Luv novels (got all of them but haven't really progressed since pausing halfway through the first book), Zero no Tsukaima (got the first book haven't touched it), Toradora (haven't gotten any of it), Ookami to Koushinryou (got the first book, haven't touched it), Jinrui wa Suitaishimashita (haven't gotten any of it)... and the [["Bungakushoujo" series]]. The "Bungakushoujo" series sounded pretty interesting and so I ordered the first two books. Finished the first a day within its arrival and ordered the rest halfway through it. &bold(){とりあえず遠子先輩は俺の嫁} I've always liked mysteries, almost as much as I like giant robots. In secondary school used to read all sorts of random stuff in the school library in secondary school, as there was usually a three hour wait between the end of classes and the computer club activities (yeah, I was one hell of a nerd back then, not that that's changed much). This usually consisted of random bits of literature and those odd encyclopedias of supernatural phenomena with articles on pyramid power and chupacabras and rednecks getting kidnapped for sex experiments by aliens. I eventually moved on to the likes of [[Michael Crichton>>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Crichton]] and [[Terry Pratchett>>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Prachett]] around the third year of secondary, and continued reading them till adulthood (though I grew bored of the former several years ago and have been growing bored with the latter's Vimes books). I'm also somewhat fond of [[Lovecraft>>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._P._Lovecraft]]'s stuff (Lovecraft's stuff, not "Lovecraftian" stuff). In more recent years, I've been growing fond of Japanese light novels. I suppose there's just something fresh about reading books in another language, though there's also how they fit into pockets far more easily than, say, a hardcover Discworld book.
