notifications_send($to_ids, $notification, $email='')
指定したユーザーにemailを送る。要するにユーザーIDだけでメールを送れるってことか？

photos_get
ユーザーのアルバムから写真をぶっこ抜く。アルバムIDを指定するとこのアルバムのこの写真などができる。なんか、らくがきアプリとか作れそう。


 bvphotos_getAlbums
アルバムをIDぶっこ抜く。photos_getで使うと思う。

users_getInfo
ユーザー情報の項目を指定してぶっこ抜く。電話番号とかも登録していればぶっこ抜ける....と、思ったけど、そういう個人的な情報は抜けないようだ。

users_isAppAdded
ユーザがお前の作ったアプリをインストールしたか調べる。

friends_areFriends
二つのユーザIDを引き数にして、友達かどうか調べてくれる。
