地球の自転を実験的に証明したフーコー
Foucault proved the rotation of the earth through experiment.

太陽や星は一日一回，地球のまわりを回転しています。 Sun or the other stars rotate around the earth once a day.

ところが多くの人びとは「それは地球が一日一回自転しているからで，太陽や星が動いているからではない」と考えています。 But almost people think “The reason is not the moving of the sun and stars. It is caused by the rotation of the earth.”

本当にそうでしょうか。「その，たしかな証拠があるか」ときかれると，だれもそのことを示すたしかな実験をあげることができないでいたのでした。
Is it true? Are there any distinct proofs of that? No one had been able to adduce the certain experiment to prove it for a long time.

ところが1851年のこと，「私は地球がたしかに自転しているということを，みなさんの目の前に示して見せます」という人があらわれて，人びとをおどろかせました。
However in 1851, peoples were frightened by a person who said “I can show and prove the rotation of the earth in front of your eyes.”

フランスの科学者フーコーさん(1819～1867）です。
The person was Mr.Faucault who was a French scientist.

フーコーさんは多ぜいの人びとの前で，長くてとても重い振り子を振って見せました。

　ものをひっぱったり，ぶつかったりするものが何もない宇宙空間を，一台の宇宙船が走っているとします。
Imagine a space ship travels through outer/cosmic space where there is nothing that pulls or attacks it.

　この宇宙船がロケットエンジンの噴射をやめたら，この宇宙船の速さはどうなるでしょう。

If the space ship stops the rocket's engine, guess what its speed will be.

　予　想
ア．すぐに止まってしまう。
　　イ．だんだんおそくなって，やがて止まってしまう。
　　ウ．そのまま同じ速さでまっすぐに走りつづける。

A. It will stop at once.

B.It will gradually slow down to a stop.

C.It will keep the same speed in the same direction.

The space ship is departing to the moon.

大量のガスがものすごい勢いで噴射され，重たい船体が地面から持ち上げられ，しだいに速さを増しながら上がっていきます。

間違って，「科学的認識と仮説」を消去してしまったようです。すみません。 *科学的認識と仮説 ---- **打ち消し線ってどうやってだすのかね？　下の詩は韻律からして、So Eden sunk to gliefの位置が違うんだよ。 **しかたがないなぁ。　あんまり変なことかくとヒトシにおこられるんだよぅ　でも下の詩はもうすごくまちがってるからなおすよ。。赤い字で書いてあるところを訂正しましたよ。　まったく、So Eden sunk to gliefを抜かすとはゆるしがたい **それでもあきらめない　&date() N&color(red){a}sture's first green is gold Her hardest hue to hold Her early leaves are flowers but on(l)ly so an hour Then leaf subsides to leaf So dawn does down to day &color(red){So Eden sunk to glief} No thing gold can stay っていい韻を踏んでますよね **それは本題と違いますね。ここでは[[科学的認識と仮説の英訳]]について書きましょう。 **Shackspear &date() 関係ないことですが、 No longer mourn for me when I am dead Then you shall hear the surlly sullen bell Give warning to this world that I am fled From this vile world with vilest worms to dwell っていう、しぇいくすぴあの詩について書こうと思うのですが、これってやっぱり韻をふんでますよね

担当：長谷川高士 **ついに僕担当の部分を全部訳しました。やったぜ。&date(2007.12.8) -一番下にコメントフォームを作りました。自由に書いてください。名前はなくても結構です。 *§２　科学的認識と仮説&date() Scientific cognition and hypothesis **① 科学的認識は法則的な認識であって，未知の事象に対して予言的な能力をもつような普遍的な認識をめざすものである。 The scientific cognition can be stated as a nomological cognition, which aims a universal cognition that has predictive ability against unknown object. 科学上の命題というものは，その真否が原理的にはいつか客観的に定めうるようなものでなくてはならない。 Scientific proposition must be able to objectively define its truthfulness in principle at some day in the future. 科学的認識の目ざすのは，条件さえ同じならば常に同じ事象が生ずるという法則を明らかにすることであって，原理的に再現不可能な１回キリの個性的な事件を問題とするものではない。 Scientific cognition aims to elucidate laws that same phenomena happens under the same circumstance at any time and count incident that happens only once and can not principally reproducible for nothing. そのことは地球の歴史や生命の起源，生物の進化など自然の歴史を論ずる科学についてもいえることである。 This can also state at science that discuss history of nature such as a geometric history of earth
