ダウンロードします。ダウンロードするにあたってAdobeのアカウントを取得する必要があります。

リンク先から黄色いCreate an Adobe Accountをクリックした後ACCOUNT DETAILSも記入していきます。

赤い*ところだけ記入するだけで次のステップへ進めます。

次のステップへ行くとNOTICE TO USERの画面が出ますので一番下までスクロールし、I Agreeをクリックします。

クリックした先にFME3.2verと3.1ver選べます。(3.1verも3.2verも大して違いはありません。）
また日本語版のFMEはまだ登場していないようです。
