-実機、エミュレータ、VC(Wiiのバーチャルコンソール)等不問。
-エミュレータを使用する際はステータスバーを表示すること。
-放送外で操作をしないよう努めること。
-放送外でスターを取ってしまった場合はもう一度そのスターを取らなければならない。
-配信サイトはニコニコ生放送が望ましいが、申請があれば他サイトでも構わない。
-タイムシフト、それに準ずる機能を必ずONにすること。
-ニコ生での放送の場合、タグに「nodamage24」とつけること。
-コミュニティー限定、それに準ずる視聴制限を持つ放送は禁止。
