[[絶海の孤島>http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=3376369]]に住まうドラゴンの姿・生態を記録した「ドラゴン図鑑」を作る企画。
ドラゴンの定義が明確にされていることが企画の大きな特徴。
この企画におけるドラゴンはファンタジー要素が薄く生物としての側面が強いもので、
- 人類ほどの知能は基本的に持たず
- ブレスは吐くが魔法などは使用せず
- 神龍のような神格的存在も存在せず
- 体長は3cm〜30m（ネズミからクジラまで）で
- 骨格は恐竜または人類以外の現存生物に類するもの（直立二足歩行不可）で
- 竜人や擬人化のようなものでもない。
島の生態系に存在する動植物は生態を描く上で副次的に描くことは可能だが人間は登場させない。
参加作はオリジナルであること。登録するドラゴン数に制限はない。
他企画に投稿したイラストへのタグ追加による参加は不可（同じドラゴンをパラレルな存在として描き下ろすのは可）。
参加作は全て「描いてもいいのよ」扱い。
求愛行動は描いても良いがR-18（交尾）は不可。
捕食シーンなどでR-18Gに相当するものは当事者同士の同意があれば可。
