Ustreamでは、一般社団法人日本音楽著作権協会(JASRAC)、株式会社イーライセンス、及び株式会社ジャパン・ライツ・クリアランス(JRC)と音楽著作権に関する包括契約を結んでおります。
配信中に使用した楽曲をUstreamへ報告頂くことにより、権利者へ許諾を得ることなく、楽器を用いた演奏や、歌を歌うことが可能になりました。

との記載が公式には載ってます。通常はここに則っての音源使用になるかとおもいますが、それ以外も含めてご紹介できればと思います。
