概要

  • 大地震によって壊滅したゴッサムシティに対し、合衆国政府はゴッサムシティの住民を別の都市へと強制退去させ、
  • ゴッサムシティそのものを合衆国本土から隔離してしまった
• そんな無法地帯となったゴッサムの一年が描かれる
