調査のために瓦礫の中に着陸してすぐに、そこスワーブズだと気づいたが、そこはバーというよりも演劇場として改装されているようだった。クロスカットが現在執筆中だった演劇、「インフォメーション・クリープ」のポスターがあり、この船が未来の船だと確信できるように思われた。</span></p>

メガトロンはラヴェッジを連れ出して、匂いでクルーを見つけ出すように指示する。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">しかし誰もラヴェッジを自由に行動させることを喜ばしく思ってなかった。ノーティカは友好的になろうとしたが、ラヴェッジをペットのように扱うという重大な間違いを犯し、当然の罰として彼の爪でひっかかれることとなった。そして、フォームの流出を止めるため、彼女はナイトビートと共ににクォンタムジェネレーターの修理に向かうことにした。</span></p>

ラヴェッジはウルトラマグナス…というよりもミニマスアンバスを見つける。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">惨殺され、近くにあるマグナスアーマーから死後に引きずり出された遺体だ。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">スキッズはアンバスの半身の致命傷はフュージョンキャノンによるものだと分析し、メガトロンを非難するが、元ディセプティコンはフュージョンキャノンは彼が所属を変えた事に従って廃棄したと反論する。それに加えて、彼はアーマーのミニマスアンバスの事も知らなかった。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">しかし、スキッズが指摘したように、この船が未来から来ているのだとすれば、今ミニマスアンバスの知識を得たわけで、この先それに基づいて行動する可能性があるということになる。</span>

ナイトビートとノーティカは最近の不思議な出来事について話しながら、エンジンルームへと向かっていた。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">死んだリワインドのデータゴーストが現れた話をきっかけに、ナイトビートは彼女に特別な関係を持った相手がいるか尋ねた。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">そしてそこからキャミナスにおいての世間一般の関係性の話題へと発展し、ノーティカはナイトビートの遠慮のなさに笑みを浮かべた。

ナイトビートはブレインストームのブリーフケースを開ける、が、中身は空だった。彼とノーティカは目に見えないガスだとがクローキング装置がとか既に盗まれてしまったのかもとか、中身が空だった事を説明するためにあれこれ推測し始めたが…、彼らのいる空間と時間が狂い始めたことには気づいていなかった。それは、二人の会話の順番をめちゃくちゃにしていた。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;vertical-align:baseline;background-color:transparent;">エレベーターの扉が開くと、壁に突き刺されたテイルゲイトの死体という、無惨な光景が広がっていた。</span><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.29886358434504;background-color:transparent;">しかしナイトビートの注意は大きな謎の方に惹き付けられた。自分たちは既に最下層にいるはずなのに、下の階への階段が続いている事に。</span></p>
