Eleven Calypso Pieces 各ステージにある茶色の四角い宝箱の中にあるCalypso Piecesを11個集める。取り逃がしても、リプレイレベルで補完可能。・13～20. ○○ Treasure系各ステージにある緑色の箱を開ける事で解除される。開け方は必殺技が発動するために必要な緑の玉が2つ以上点灯した状態にして箱の前でＬＴ+ＲＴ+Ａの同時押し。また、たまに箱が開く時期と開かない時期があるため、もし開かなかったら慌てずチェックポイントからやり直し、敵を全滅させたり話を進めたりした後に試行するべし。「13. Prison Fortress Treasure」については、１周目で開けることができない。ストーリークリア後にリプレイレベル(メインメニューExtras→Replay Level)で始めると骸骨がチェスとの周りに置いてあるので、それを取って開けることができる。・30. Collect 100 Souls クリア後のステージセレクトでも補完可能だが、ステージごとの最高記録分しか加算されない。 Port Royalの隊長を倒すまで兵隊が無限沸きする場所と、 Isla Crucesのラストで一気に解除する事も可能。やり方は、隊長以外をひたすら倒しゲージをためる →ＬＴ技でザコを倒し、たまに落とすアイテムで緑玉を2つ以上貯める →隊長を巻き込まない距離からＬＴ+ＲＴ+Ａ技を発動し、ザコを倒しまくる。 →100ソウルカウントまで上記の過程を繰り返す。・Seven ○○系収集アイテムは全体的に見つけやすい場所に配置されている。以下外国のサイトから翻訳して検証したものを記載（より分かりやすい表現や欠けてるステージの補完をよろしくお願いします） Port Royal 1.最初の橋を渡ってすぐ左にある3つの扉の倉庫の真ん中。カギが必要。 2.女性が話しかけてくるムービーイベントの近くにあるロープを登った屋根の先。 3.最初の橋から真っ直ぐ前に進み、突当たって左にあるハシゴを登り、壁伝えに移動した先 4.2つ目のエリア道沿いに進んでいると見えるロープに登る。 5.決闘の後のエリア。始まる場所の左側奥の箱 6.5のエリアの次、カギを開けて進み素手で殴りあう場所にある。 7.最後の2人で戦うエリア。始まる場所から右側にあるロープを登り壁伝いに左側。 Dutchman Encounter 1.隣の船に潜入し、火で扉を開けた先のエリア内。 2.1の下の階に落ちてる。。 3.大砲室内に落ちてる。 4.大砲室の次のエリアに落ちてる。 5.オルガンがあるエリアの2つ下の階に落ちてる。 6.オルガンのエリアに落ちてる。 7.オルガンの楽譜を集め弾き終えた後、再度2つ下の階で敵を倒し楽譜を手に入れその曲を弾く。 Tortuga 1.最初のエリア。ハシゴを登って屋根に飛び移る 2.2つ目のエリア。ブタの飼育場の横の小屋を火薬樽で吹き飛ばす。 3.最初に仲間と共に戦うところ。ロープを登る。 4.3から壁伝いに移動した先にある2つ目の箱。 5.2つ目のエリア左側にある木の戸を火薬樽で壊す。 6.脇役2人の大乱闘の後。スタート地点近くに戻り、壁をよじ登って着地した付近の箱。 7.火薬樽を転がしてくる敵を突破した先の壁をよじ登った先。着地するところの後ろあたり。 Kraken 1.2.最初の船に2つある。 3.ジャックを操作する場面のクラーケンの足を越えた正面。 4.大砲でクラーケンの足を撃つエリアの一番向こう側。階段の横。 5.4の上のエリア。クラーケンの足が出たり入ったりしている付近。 6.船上に場面が戻ったところの一番後ろ。 7.6の後、大砲で足を吹き飛ばした前方の箱。 Singapore 1.開始真っ直ぐ進み突当たって右側に進んだところのハシゴに登り、板渡りした先の箱。 2.木箱を動かして登るところの箱。 3.2の足場からロープを伝って降りたところの下にある箱。 4.マーケットストリートに入ったらすぐ左側にあるハシゴに登る。登った直後に右の壁を伝って進んだ先の箱（分かりづらいで注意） 5.2回目に3人で戦う場面の後。ハシゴを登り、ジャンプして先に進んだ先の真下。 6.釣鐘とシーザーの像がある広場にある動かせる箱の後ろ。 7.スナイパーが2人待ち構えてるところの真下。 Sea Battle 1.幽霊船に捕まった後、隣の部屋の階段の横。 2.上のオルガンの部屋にある箱。 3.最初の牢屋の隣にある。火薬樽で爆破した後にカギ。 4と5.3の隣の牢部屋に2つある。カギなどを使って取る。 6.ハシゴを登ったすぐ先の箱。 7.3人で戦う部屋の箱。 Davy Jones' Locker 1.スタート地点から左前方の箱 2.2つ目の場面で右側の巨大胸骨の下にある箱。 3.3つ目の場面。舵を取ってる人の前の箱。 4.洞窟をくぐりロープで下に下りた後、右側にジャンプする。 5.酒場の外にいる男に酒を入れたカップを渡す。満足すると近くに箱が現れる。 6.酒場の店主からボトルを集めてくれと頼まれ外へ。すぐ見える箱を開けると2度目にドクロが出る。 7.決闘の後の船の場面。両端いずれかの箱にある。 Shipwreck City 1.イーストドック、ハシゴを降りたところの先にある箱。（ハシゴを使わず降りてしまうかも） 2.決闘の後にロープに登った先の通路の右側の箱。 3.マーケットエリア入ってすぐ。 4.スラムにある箱の中。 5.スラムで戦った後にイーストドックにいる人と話すとイーストドック内に3つ出現するので再度探索する。
