理論上は最高難易度のFormidableを１周＋α。
ニューゲームで購入装備の引継ぎ可能なので、Easyを先にこなすとラクになる。
難易度はそれほど高くはない。少なくとも前作のHard後半よりよっぽどラク。ちなみに、前作とは操作感覚が全然違うので注意。

-全般
ウォーマシン（黒いアイアンマンみたいなやつ）のマシンガン２挺持ちが一番強いので基本はそれですすめる。ただ、一部ミッションではアイアンマン強制出撃があるので、アイアンマンはレーザー２挺持ちにしておく。
装備品はポイントを使って購入できるが、ぶっちゃけミッションが進めばポイントがインフレし、装備品もいいものになればそれ相応のインフレ価格になるので、前半であんまりポイントをケチっても意味がない。とはいえ、最後に購入できる装備品さえあれば十分なのだが。
-特定ミッション系実績
各ステージに決められた条件を満たすと解除できる実績があるが、装備を整えて再度やったほうが早い場合が多い。各ステージで一定ポイント以上入手する実績も同じく強化してからやったほうが早い。
-回数系実績
「特定装備で敵を100匹撃破」「特定モードで敵を100匹撃破」等の実績は４面で。
開幕縦穴を降りていくところでわざとセンサーにひっかかり敵を呼ぶ。最下層に降りたら条件に合った装備（モード）で敵を倒す。殲滅したら奥の扉の砲台を破壊してオートセーブする。セーブされたらミッションを中止して再度４面頭から始める。

ミッション1で自然に獲得できます。
-Deportation
ミッション2で自然に獲得できます。
-Power Outage
ミッション3で自然に獲得できます。
-Anti-PROTEAN
ミッション4で自然に獲得できます。
-Improvisation Under Fire
ミッション5で自然に獲得できます。
-Operation Daybreak
ミッション6で自然に獲得できます。
-Stormbreaker
ミッション7で自然に獲得できます。
-Shake It Off
ミッション1で自然に獲得できます。
-Not In My House
ミッション1の終盤で操作キャラがWar Machineになるのですが、その際に最初にTRANSPORTとWING DRONESが飛んできます。そのWING DRONESからDRONESが出てくるのですが、DRONESを出さすことなくWING DRONESを倒せということかと思います。
-Full Flight
ミッション2開始時に6機のtransportを護衛しながら進むのですが、これらを撃墜されることなくトンネルのところまで進めばいいです。進行中にムービーが入って1機撃墜されるのはカウント外ですので最終的に5機残っていればいいです。
-Pulling The Plug
ミッション3の4機のTesla reactor stabilizersを60秒以内に破壊する
レーダーに黄色のポイントで表示される機械です。
-Anger Management
ミッション3で脱出後に行く場所で目標が「Access the facility subnet」と
表示されている時に建物をunibeamなどで壊しまくってください。
-Entrapment
ミッション4でレーザー地帯をノーダメージで抜ける
レーザーに触れて敵が出てきたらアウトです。カメラを調整してゆっくり降りていけば問題ないです。
-Defensive Player Of The Year
ミッション5でrepulsor liftとstabilizerを1機も破壊されることなくクリアする。
敵が出てきたら速攻で倒していけばいいです。
-Switchboard Operator
Reposition all of the GREENGRID relays without being interrupted.
ミッション7：GREENGRIDで45秒以内に3箇所全て完了する
※真ん中を撃つとカウントダウンが始まりボタン連打で機械を動かす場所が3箇所出てくるのですが、これを1回のカウントダウンで3箇所全て完了させろということです。
※時間的にはなかなかシビアなので予め敵を破壊しておいてからやった方がいいです。
-Ultimatum
Complete every mission on Easy difficulty.

※トンネルを抜けた後の場面で味方を10機以上残してクリアすればいいです。敵を殲滅しいけば特に問題ないです。
-Brute Force
Destroy the A.I.M. Arc Armiger without using missile deflection.
ミッション6：Arc Armigerのミサイルを跳ね返すことなく倒す
※ミサイルが飛んできた時に〇(B)ボタンで跳ね返せますが、跳ね返さないようにしてください。
-Guardian
Shut down GREENGRID without needing to repair the Arc Armiger.
ミッション7：Arc Armigerを修復させずにクリアする
※Arc Armigerがある程度ダメージを受けると修復させることが出来ますが、無視してそのままクリアしてください。
-Not A Scratch
Defeat ULTIMO with no armor damage.
ミッション8：ULTIMOをノーダメージで倒す
※シールドのダメージは構わないです。内円の方のゲージが減ってなければいいです。
※Easyでやれば初見でも問題ないです。
-Iron Man
Complete every mission on Normal difficulty.
難易度Normalで全てのミッションをクリアする
-Technical Genius
Invent every module, ammunition, and weapon upgrade.
全てのパーツを購入する
※ミッション8をクリアするだけでかなりのお金?が入るので足りない分はミッションセレクトで補完すればいいです。

Complete every mission on Formidable difficulty.
難易度Formidableで全てのミッションをクリアする
