上位難易度クリアで下位のものも解除されるので、最短で最高難易度のSuper Heroを1周すればOK。
Super Heroは最高難易度ではあるが、アクションが得意ならさほど苦戦はしないはず。

「On the Fly」は収集物の数が700と非常に多いが、500ページ集めると未収集ページの位置がミニマップに表示されるというお助け機能がある。
ただし、宙に舞っているコミックページは高いビルの頂上まで行かないと表示されないことがあるので注意。
（オズコープタワーなど）
後で収集マラソンするのは面倒なので、最初からクエスト中に寄り道する癖をつけておくのが吉。
収集物は発光はしているものの、あまり目立たず見落としやすい。
近くにあるときにはハム音がするのでそれを頼りに。
屋外の収集物はストーリーを進めて夜になると光が目立って発見しやすくなるので、
なるべくそこでまとめて回収したい。
なお、ゲームをクリアすると朝昼夕方夜など時間帯の選択が可能になる。
***Amazing Spider-Man
コンセプトアートのアンロックには、各ミッションで撮影を指示される写真、
および敵の写真が必要。
クリア後、敵の写真を入手できる場所のメールが届くので取りこぼしはそこで。
街中に出る敵は有限なので注意が必要だが、救済措置はある模様。
例えばSeekerは全て破壊してしまってもOscorp Secret Research Lab 2で回収できる。
***Sky Captain
説明が曖昧だが、
「web-rush中に目標地点に到達する前に再度別の場所へweb-rushを十連続」で解除となる。
適当に中空に向かっての連打を繰り返すだけでも成功する。
***Call Interrupted
SeekerをBで出せるwebで動けなくすればよい。
画面に指示が出るので意識しなくても初遭遇で取れる可能性が高い。
***The Sky Is the Limit
S-01戦の間はずっとRTを押し続ける。もし地面に触れてしまったらリスタートかレベルセレクトで。
***Clean Victory
Hunter robot(球電で攻撃する飛行敵)をBで出せるweb-shooterを使わずに倒す。
逃げる→追い抜かれたときRB の繰り返しだけで勝てるので別に困らない。
秘密の実績「Who's the Prey?」を解除できる初遭遇戦で取ってしまうのがおすすめ。
***Stick to the Plan
***All Tied Up
こちらを発見していない敵に接近するとターゲットマーカーが赤から紫になり、
その時にRBを押すとStealth Takedownが出せる。これを100回。
歩くよりも天井等を這って近づくほうが有効範囲も表示されてやりやすい。
他の敵に発見されてもLBで逃げれば未発見・警戒状態に戻せる場合が多く、
一戦で何回も狙えるのですぐ解除できる。
***Keep It Together
web-hurricaneのスキルがあれば簡単。

敵に向かってA→Xの飛び越し攻撃の連続で簡単安全にコンボ数を伸ばせる。

収集物をきちんと集めていけば必ずフェリシアと戦うことになる。
