曲が始まってからしいたけボタンを押して、その状態で5時間放置すればよい。
メニュー操作中の時間は含まれない。
他の実績を解除した段階では1時間余りと思われる。
解除されるのは曲のリザルト後。
・Workout Wizard
ゲームを終了させずにWorkoutの曲を8曲終わらせる。
