各ステージを死なずにクリアする一連のノーミス系実績が多少面倒。しかしステージはそれほど長くないので、繰り返し挑戦すれば何とかなるレベル。収集系は場所さえ分かっていれば楽勝。
1周目で取り損ねた実績は全てステージセレクトで取れる。また、全実績オフラインで解除が可能。

ゲーム開始後、メインメニューからNEW GAMEで新規ゲームを開始すると、ステージのクリア状況、アイテムの収集状況を含めた全てのデータがクリアされてしまう。

&small(){※ストーリー系＝ゲームをクリアすれば自然と解除される実績。課題系＝各ステージで特定の課題をクリアしないと解除されない実績。内容は課題系でも、クリアしないと先に進めない物はストーリー系に分類してある。}
収集系実績の収集対象は4種類ある。
+スペシャルオブジェクト。PIXAR社の映画等にちなんだオモチャ。各ステージに1個ずつあり、取得するとそれぞれに設定された実績が解除される。
+スーツケース。取得するとマルチプレイで使用可能なWALL•EとEVEのコスチュームがアンロックされる。各ステージに0～2個あり、全て集めると「WALL•E Suitcases」「EVE Suitcases」の実績解除。
+ラジオ。取得すると、方向パット右で再生されるWALL•EやEVEのセリフが増える。各ステージに1個ずつあり、全て集めると「All Echoes of EVE」「All Echoes of WALL•E」の実績解除。
+コンセプトアート。全20個。「Welcome to Earth」ステージに10個、隠しステージの「Axiom Secret Area」に10個配置されており、それぞれ10個集めるとスケッチブックが入手できる。スケッチブックを2つとも集めると「All Concepts」の実績が解除される。詳しくは「Power to the City」「Power to the Axiom」の実績の項を参照。
なお、ステージの随所にWallopと呼ばれる赤い円板が配置されているが、実績には関係ないので無視してOK。
