また累計キル数、能力値の引継ぎはないため、1週のうちで達成する必要がある。

BでホールドしてYを押すと、クイックキルのモーションになるので、画面が一瞬光ったときにY。
●Samurai
MacheteとJungle Mutantsは5-1、Robotは3-2がお勧め。
Macheteは5-1ではMasterのほうでしか貯まらない模様なので、見つけたら即倒すようにしたほうがいい。
●Ultimate Wolverine
Alkali Lakeの終盤、屋上でW.E.N.D.I.G.0 prototypeを相手にする際、わざと他のポッドを破壊して4体のW.E.N.D.I.G.0 prototypeを一度に相手する。すべてのW.E.N.D.I.G.0 prototypeを倒した時点で実績解除。
割と同士討ちしてくれるので意外に簡単。
●Hot Potato
Machete Championの攻撃などで引火した状態で敵に接触するか、Weapon X内にある熱したパイプに敵を投げつけると敵が燃える。これを20回。
引火中の敵に敵をぶつけることで敵を連鎖して燃やすことが可能。Weapon X内にGhostがいて熱したパイプがある箇所で数を稼ぐと楽。Ghostは体力があるため燃え尽きにくいためどんどん引火させることができる。
●Shotgun Epic Fail
Ghostにクイックキルを仕掛けるとQTEになるので、それを25回達成するとクリア。
Ghostは絶対数が他の敵より少ないので、出会ったら狙う勢いで進んだほうがいい。
●James Howlett
ステージ中に落ちているウルヴァリンのフィギュア3種類のいずれか1種類を2個集めると、メニューからBonusの項目を選べるようになる。
そこでは特殊な服を着たウルヴァリンが敵として出てくるので、そのウルヴァリンがLungeを仕掛けてきたときに自分もLungeをすると解除。
●Found!
Unstoppableで最初のツタを上って降りたさきの反対側に壊せる扉があるので、壊し奥へ進むとハッチがある場所に到達する。
●WoW!
Alkali Lakeでグレネーダー2体がジープに乗って登場する少し先の脇道に剣が刺さった場所があるので、そこに到達する。
●Aerial Master
狭い箇所に敵をおびき寄せてJump Smashをあてる。または、最初の面の橋を切断される箇所で敵を集めて、空中でX連打でも解除できる。
●Walking Death
1週目ではHARDは選択できない為、最低2週する必要がある
※HARD攻略
変化しているものは体力と敵の攻撃力。
クイックキルをするとその間無敵状態になるので多用すれば敵を倒しながら回復も出来る。
Healing FactorのMutagenがあると更に楽。
ほとんどの敵はクイックキルで殺せるが、Machete Champion、Elito Commando、Assassin、Hunter等はEnvironmental Killで殺したほうが楽。
バグ？
5-1のShifterにクイックキルを仕掛けると、何度Yを連打しても死なない場合がある。
●The Cake
研究所内の冷凍ビーム浴びて進むところのワープホールを画面右に動かし、隠し部屋に移動する。
●Threading the Needle
Sentinel MarkⅠとの空中戦で背部スラスターを2基破壊した後、C型のパーツが飛んでくるので真ん中をくぐると解除。
●Stick Around
漏電しているオブジェクトに投げても解除されるっぽい。
