各難易度クリアの実績は、高難易度クリアでまとめて解除が出来ないので、各難易度毎にストーリーをクリアする必要がある。
難易度Easyの時にサイドミッションも全部こなしておくと良い。
難易度Insaneクリアの実績を解除するためには、Hunting,Keep the Peace,Bounty Hunterのサイドミッションだけは完了しておくことをオススメする。
サイドミッションは、ストーリークリア後でもプレイ出来る。
※チートについて
まずはゲームを一度クリアする(ラスボスを倒し特殊な馬を手に入れる)。その後、マップ北東にあるニューゲーム開始地点へ向かう。MAPを見れば分かるが、開始地点への道中には普通の方法では登れない岩場がある。そこは岩場の左側(右側は登れそうで登れない)から、加速とジャンプボタンを連打して無理やり馬で登りきる。
そしてニューゲーム開始地点近くの水辺にある２個の岩の間に立って、RBを押してからLB,LT,RB,RT,Aをホールドすると、酒を飲み干す時の音が聞こえるので、音が止まるまでホールドし続ける。するとオプションメニューに「GUN」という項目が発生する。ここからミッションとチェックポイントを選択して移動できるので、MISSIONS→MAIN→Magruders Mine、CHECKPOINTS→Kill Magruder part2を順に選ぶとラスボス戦後半をいきなり開始することが可能。装備はTOGGLE HELPを選択すればok。これをクリアするとニューゲーム開始時に選んだ難度のクリア実績を解除することができる。
最速で全実績解除を目指す場合、まず難易度EASYでメインミッション・サイドミッションをコンプ後、上記チートを使用して難易度Normal、Hard、Insaneのラスボス後半戦をクリアすれば20～25時間程度で達成できる。
・Magruder's Mine Complete
ラスボスは普通に攻撃していても全然体力が減らない。
バトル前半は、ダイナマイト付き矢の弓を使う。
緑色の噴煙が出ている所で爆発させると通常よりも激しく爆発するので、ボスがそこを通る頃を見計らって、弓でダイナマイトを設置して行くと良い。
バトル後半は、まず岩陰でボスの銃撃を避けつつ、顔だけを攻撃する。
そしてダイナマイトを撒いて来たら、クイックドローを使いすぐに撃ち落とし、ボスの周りの岩を崩す、の繰り返し。
銃で顔を攻撃した後に、声を出して怯んだ直後に撒くダイナマイト（3～4本束になったやつ）でしか岩を崩せないので、それ以外の時に撒いて来たダイナマイト（3本バラバラ）は無視して避け、続けて銃撃を加えると良い。（開始直後、クイックドローで顔に撃つ→ボスがダイナマイトを投げるモーションを取ったら顔の少し上あたりを連射→ダイナマイト破壊後すかさずクイックドローでラスボスの顔辺りに狙いをつける、の繰り返しで完封可能）
・Professional Prospector
金塊はドッジシティのショップでPick Axeを購入しないと獲得出来ない。
草木や水などで見難い場所に設置してある場合があるので注意。

Blackfoot Territoryの辺りは序盤は金塊を取りに行けないが、ストーリーが進めば行けるようになるので、その時に取りに行けば良い。
・The Greatest Hunter
狙う獲物とその居場所はインディアンハンターに聞けば教えてくれる。(会話の最後の方で場所を言う)
馬に乗って近づくと獲物が逃げてしまうので、馬から下りて身を屈めて射程距離まで接近する。
獲物を逃がしてしまった場合は、街にいるショップ店員やインディアン店員、インディアンハンターに話かけると再出現する。
また、他のサイドミッションをこなすと出現する。
・Bounty Hunter
生かしたまま捕らえる必要がある場合は、まず相手の馬を狙って撃ち殺す。
そして敵に接近し、Xボタンで殴ってからYボタンで拘束し、そしてXボタンでダウンさせる。
・Professional Postman
まずマップで目的地を確認し、最短ルートを走る事が重要。
馬の体力は減るが、LBダッシュ中にさらにLBでスピードを上げないとキツいミッションも。
道中で攻撃を受ける事があるが、時間が無いので基本無視。（目の前の敵は蹴り殺せば良いが）
馬が死にそうな時は、野良馬に乗り換えるのも一つの手。
・Card Shark
Texas Holdemは、Dodge CityとEmpire Cityでプレイ出来る。
Dodge City３回戦、Empire Cityで3回戦。計6回戦。
ストーリーの進行状況によって、プレイ出来る時と出来ない時があるので注意。（マップのアイコンを確認）
敵はそれ程強くないので、良い役が出来そうなら積極的に仕掛けて行けばすぐに終わる。
※Dodge CityおよびEmpire City共通のやり方
ポーカーが始まったら「RAISE」の一番高い数字を選んでいくと相手がどんどん潰れていくのでラク。
絶対に勝てるというものではないが、確率はかなり高いのでひたすら「RAISE」を選ぶこと。
このやり方はEmpire Cityでは少し時間がかかるが、概ね勝てる。
