専用の周辺機器を持っていない場合、ヘッドセットを使って歌う(ボーカルパート)しかない。
最低でもギターコントローラがなければほとんどゲームらしいプレイができないと考えてよい。
しかしヘッドセットがあれば、大半の実績は楽に解除できる。
また、フレンドでドラムやギターの高い腕前を持った人が居ればチャレンジ系はすぐに埋まる。
実績のコンプリートも今までのGHシリーズの中でもっとも簡単。

RockFestで曲が開始した瞬間に解除される

ギターで1秒程度のかなり短い曲を10曲程度作成し、パートはボーカルにしてあとは放置でOK。
一度、短い曲ばかりまとめたプレイリストをセーブしておけば繰り返しが楽。
・The Fabricated Four
BANDメンバーを4人とも作成したキャラクターにして1曲クリア
自分以外はCPUでも解除される
・Explore the Studio Space
GHMix2の曲作成画面でオレンジを長押しすると、Tipsが表示される。
これを4、5回見ると解除される。
・Score Big, Score Bigger, Score Biggest
DLCのDeath MagneticがあるならAll Nightmare Long推奨
・Chanteuse
難易度はビギナーでも解除される
・Did You Finish Like We Did?
"Do You Feel Like We Do? (Live)"を曲の95%以上が終わってから失敗するか、普通に最後まで終える
・Play It To The Bone
クイックプレイで1時間を超えるプレイリストを作成し、リスト内の曲を全部クリアする。
ビギナーの放置ボーカルでOK。
