GH5と違ってチートは使えないのでA New Challenge Awaitsを自力で解除するなら、各種専用コントローラーとある程度の実力は必要。

:Welcome to Band Hero|ギター、ベース、ドラム、ボーカルのなど、全ての楽器のチュートリアルをクリアする必要があるので各種コントローラーが必須。

:A Cool Mill|バンドクイックプレイなどでマッチメイキング等をしていればすぐ解除可能。
一人で解除するなら、2コンをビギナーボーカルでアシスト(スターパワー稼ぎ)させて長めの曲をプレイすれば比較的簡単に解除できる
また、DLCやインポート曲の中に難易度Expertでも扇風機等の雑音をマイクで延々拾わせて放置するだけで100%を取れる曲があるのでこちらも合わせて使ってみるといいかもしれない。

:Face to Face|2コンをゲストとしてサインインすることにより一人でも解除可能。
Pro　Face-off選択後マッチングを行い、数秒経つと自動的に始まる。

:There's no 'I' in 'Band Hero'|コントローラーを4台(マイク含)用意できるなら、GHStudioで1秒の曲を作成してプレイすれば簡単に解除可能

:Star Powered|Band Moment発動中に4人共個人のマルチプライヤーを8倍にする事で解除。GH5の時と違ってパートはどんな編成でも構わない。

:Treasure Hunt & Secret Notes 1-19|
SecretNotesをノーミスでプレイすることで解除される。（難易度不問）
キャリア、クイックどちらでもOK。まとめて演奏する必要はなく、以下の19曲を達成した時点でTreasureHunt解除
ビギナーボーカル＋扇風機でキャリアをクリアしていく過程で全部解除できる

以下の番号順でクイックプレイでセットリストを組めば番号順に解除可能。
