今後一切の再販予定が無く追加実績込みのコンプリートは不可能。
海外配信のGonD版は追加DLCが組み込まれてある物に差し替えになりました。（2015年9月頃）
MARVELコミックでの大型クロスオーバーイベント「シヴィル・ウォー」を題材にしたシナリオになっている。そのため、ヒーロー登録法賛成派（アイアンマン側）と反対派（キャプテンアメリカ側）の２つのシナリオが存在する。また、最高難易度Legendaryは難易度Super-Heroicクリアで開放される為、理論上２周必要。
co-op系実績もあるため、要２コン。

-攻略
コレクタブルアイテム「M'Kraan Fragment」を５個集めることで使用可能になるジーン・グレイが公式チートばりの性能なのでキャラにこだわりがないのなら使うことをオススメする。
Xボタン必殺技の「Pyrokine Blast」だけで雑魚もボスも最高難易度も全て突き進める。
ちなみにM'Kraan Fragmentはちゃんと回収していればAct2序盤で５個たまるはず。
もしどうしてもジーンがイヤならば、ハルクやザ・シングのような体力の多いキャラ、ウルヴァリンやデッドプールのようなヒーリングファクター持ちをメインに使うといい。
-全般
基本的にリプレイミッションでフォローが可能なので取り逃しても大丈夫。また、コレクタブルは全部集める必要はない。
Act1ラストで法案賛成派（pro-resistration）と法案反対派（anti-resistration）のどっちかを選択することになる。
マリア・ヒルに書面にサインしろと言われるので、サインすれば賛成派、サインせずに扉から出れば反対派になる。賛成派についた場合はパトリオットと、反対派についた場合はSHILDSの兵士たちと戦闘になるので一応注意。
Act2になると、賛成派・反対派の中心人物が全員使用不可になるが、Act3序盤で再度全員使用可能になる。
ちなみにAct2は選んだ勢力のみリプレイミッションが出来るが、たとえば賛成派でクリアして、そのデータを持ち越しでニューゲーム、反対派でクリアすれば両方のAct2をリプレイ可能。
-進め方
Super-Heroicで１周する。所属勢力はどっちでもいい。クリアしたらリプレイミッション等で回収漏れのあるアイテムやチャレンジミッションをクリアしておくこと。トリビア、コスチューム、Team Boosts系の実績は要２周なので解除されてなくても大丈夫。念のため、このデータは残しておいた方がいい。
次にデータ引き継ぎでLegendaryで１周。この際は１周目の勢力と違う方を選択すること。
-Tactical Training
Act1序盤で特定の組み合わせでFusion（合体攻撃）を出せという指示が出るので指示通りのキャラ組み合わせで出す。計５回。
-Old Friends
HQマップ（出撃前のベースキャンプ）で特殊会話を10回見る。10種類ではなく10回なのでリプレイミッション繰り返しでも大丈夫。意識して見るようにすればリプレイミッションしなくても解除できるはず。ちなみに、アイコンの出ているCPUキャラと関係が深いキャラで話せば大抵カウントされるはず。
-Trivia Buff
-Trivia Genius
HQマップにある、トリビアクイズで全問正解する。ただし、普通に正解するだけでなく、「即答して正解する」「co-opで２人とも正解する」必要があるため注意。下記HQマップ５か所で各35問。解答は順番になっているので

HQマップ:Stark Tower 2に行ける状態ならco-op状態でリプレイミッションでStark Tower 2を始め、Next Missionと出ているコンソールで決定するだけでリプレイ終了し、１回カウントされる。それを24回繰り返すだけ。
-Costume Collector
DLCキャラとニックを除く23キャラの別コスチュームをアンロックする。キャラによって、所属勢力限定で敵を倒す必要があるため注意。２周目に入る前に出し忘れがないかどうか確認しておくこと。
-United We Stand
Fusion（合体攻撃）に目標撃破数（ハイスコア）が設定されているのだが、これを３種類のFusion(Targeted,Guided,Clearing)で各20回達成する。チャレンジ最初の'Basic Combat'で最後に敵が無限湧きするのでここでGuided,Clearingは達成可能。Targetedはボスのみなのでリプレイミッションで。
-Powers of Two
DLcキャラを除く24キャラすべての組み合わせでFusionを出す。キャラA使用中にキャラBでFusionを出せば、B使用中にAとFusionを出す必要はない。こちらも'Basic Combat'のラストでやればいい。Fusionゲージが使い放題なのでキャラを変えつつ順番にやればいいだけ。
