Cave system entrance near the Stairway.
The Cave System is a large span of caverns under the MineZ map.
There are four known entrances to the Cave system:

• One is an entrance to Sirus in the ice biome south of the canyon and North West of the northern desert at
• X: 1185 | Z: -1510

• Two in the Canyon in the North Eastern part of the map. One near the Stairway at
• X: 1105 | Z: -2005

• And another by one of the bridges at
• X: 445 | Z: -2535

• The Ravine also acts as a Cave system entrance, located at
• X: 300 | Z: -1300

There are currently eleven notable places in the Cave System (14 counting dungeons), as well as many other small structures and buildings.
There are eleven noteworthy locations:

• Aurora
• Riftus
• Tahosa
• Thannus
• Krubera
• Riel
• Sirus
• Septus
• Medusa Lake
• Barathrum Caverns
• Wind Spire

And three dungeons:

• Conagher's Abandoned Mineshaft
• Devil's Respite
• Krubera Vault

Other:

• Intersection

• The caves are vast. Be sure you know where you're going before you venture off into them.
• Although the zombie spawn rate is considerably low, it is very easy to die of starvation in the caves, so be sure to bring a decent amount of food.
• On your way from Sirus to Septus, you will ALWAYS find one pigman in the corner of the system, It is reported that there is a zombie pigman spawner that spawns 1 pigman at once. If you want to know the exact location of where this pigman spawns, it is near Medusa Lake.
• There are small pools of water throughout the Cave system that you can use to refill your water bottles, but be sure to bring more than one as in some places these pools are less common.
• The Ghost Ship has been seen a lot in the pools of water in the caves.
• If you bring enough food, the caves are the safest way to travel in the mid-map to northern areas and due to the lack of premium loot and lack of regular players bandits stay away from here except for the occasional dungeon crawl.
• Pigmen spawn in VERY RARE occasions in the caves, beware though as they do come in packs when spawned.

Trivia(top)

• The entrance near the Stairway, there's a hard-to-find iron door with a chisseled stone brick nearby. Place a button on the front of the block (Look for redstone beneath the block). When entered, you will find yourself in a small room with wooden stairs, completely made out of coal blocks and lava with a sign that reads: "The Secret Meeting Place of the Infamous Kiss Of Death". In the center of the room there's a room_uncommon chest.
• The empty Cave near Tahosa contains a lava pool at the end. Right beneath the lava pool there's a secret water lake. You can jump in and take little damage due to the water below the lava pool. Getting out is riskier and, for some reason, there's isn't anymore to it.
• An empty Cave the oppsite direction from the Ravine to Tahosa contains near the end a death hole (20 blocks deep pit).
• The opposite way to Septus (The entrance near by one of the Bridges) contains a 2x1 cobblestone-like door, and behind it an death end passage. Also, you can't go in.
