　Visit the Capital City of one of your friends and accept a quest at the City Ambassador.
　To do so, click a friend's globe in your Friends List, click View Empire,
　and then select the Capital City you want to visit.
　　Visit the capital city of a friend complete a quest from the ambassador in your friend's city
