[Name definition of the programs]

• videosrv- GUI for visualizing the crystal
• BSS- GUI for data collection (diffraction scan, data collection etc...)

[When the videosrv freezes]

1. Quit videosrv by clicking a cross of the window
2. Open terminal from the BSS PC (probablly you sit in front of it)
3. Please input the command
   1. startvideosrv [enter]
4. After waiting for a moment, please change a tab on BSS or push [Click on Centering] button.

[When the BSS does not seem to process your jobs]

1. Open the terminal from the BSS PC
2. Please input a command below for termination of BSS
   1. killall bss [enter]
3. After wait for one minute, please double click 'BSS' icon on the desktop.
4. Please confirm whether videosrv can be used by clicking [Click on Centering] button.(If you do not see videosrv appears, please see [When the videosrv freezes].

[When the diffraction data cannot be collected]

1. Please quit BSS by clicking [EXIT] button
2. And then double click the BSS icon for starting it
3. Please do this process two or three times when you get the same results

[When mouse pointer does not move from right to left windows]

1. Confirm any popup window does not exit on the screen, then check.
2. Please push 'scroll lock' button once, then check.

[When some strange behaviors occur on keyboard input] (somtimes appear)

1. Push 'ctrl', 'Alt'(Both sides) randomly.
