UIから

Advanced→Browsing→LoadingをRedraw instantly,　
Network→Max Connections Serverを4以下Max Connections Totalを128

opera：configから

First Update Delay、Update Delay→200前後（0にすると、PCの性能によっては逆効果になる）
HTTP Loading Delayed Timeout→1
Interpolate Imagesのチェックを外す
TurboModeのチェックを外す。
Check Expiry History→1
