Nameless Ones

Ixtol(地球ではCallistoの名で知られる滅んだ惑星)出身の種族。
Priest-Godによって全個体の意識が統合されAl-Azifへと移された。Nameless Onesの意識を宿したbrain parasitesを体内に入れた人間は偉大な知恵を授かるが、脳を捕食され数時間後に死亡する。

Vhourvath

「First and last among the Ixtol」。IxtolのPriest-God。

Nameless Ones

Mi-Goと共通の祖先を持つ種族。宇宙の闇の中で進化したfungusから誕生し惑星Ixtolに住んでいたとされる。Nyarlathotepを崇拝する。
中枢となる意識を失ったことで知性もない混沌とした劣った意識の群れとなった。Al-Azifを開いた者の肉体を乗っ取ろうとする。

Vhourvath

「immortal prophet-god」。全てのNameless Onesを捕食し書物に姿を変え地球へと渡ったが、1940年代にAndrew Doranに射殺された。
