I am contacting you regarding Facebook groups and users that infringe my copyright. Facebook is reluctant to take action against them, so I report Facebook and the groups to you.
I am a 3DCG model creator known as （ハンドル名） in the cyberspace. Here is my homepage. （モデルの画像が確認できるリンクを貼る） I am the sole creator of the characters and the models.
The Facebook groups and users
are redistributing, selling, making nudity edits on my models, making nudity videos with my models and distributing the nudity edits and videos without permission of me. These illegal acts also violate the terms of use.
I sent complaints to Facebook and requested that the illegal files be removed, but Facebook is reluctant to take actions against these illegal acts and groups and users. Facebook sometimes remove some illegal files, but does not take any further actions. The groups, the members of the groups and the users soon re-upload the same illegal files. Facebook just keeps the problem remained.
I request to you that Facebook be advised to close these copyright-violating groups and users, to suspend the members and to operate the site in compliance with the U.S. Copyright Code and international copyright treaties. This includes closing persistent copyright-breaking groups and users without delay. Maybe Facebook needs so-called Three Strikes And You Are Out policy to deter further copyright infringement on the site.

というグループ及び個人は、私のモデルを許可なく再配布、販売、裸改造、裸改造動画を作成及び裸改造や裸改造動画の配布をしております。これらの違法行為は利用規約にも違反しております。
私は Facebook に対して違反通報し違法ファイルの削除を求めましたが、Facebook はこれらの違法行為及び違法グループや個人に対して措置を取りません。違法ファイルを時折削除する場合もありますが、それ以上の対応を取りません。これらのグループ、グループのメンバー及び個人は違法ファイルをすぐに再アップロードし、根本的な解決には至っていません。
私は、Facebook が、これら著作権侵害を行うグループや個人を閉鎖し、メンバーのアカウントを停止し、合衆国著作権法及び国際的な著作権条約に沿ったサイト運営を行うように指導されることを求めます。すなわち、著作権侵害を繰り返すグループや個人を速やかにアカウント停止することです。Facebook には、さらなる著作権侵害の温床とならないよう、三振アウトの規定が必要と思われます（注：3回の著作権侵害でアカウントが無条件に停止される規定。アメリカの多くのサイトで採用されている）。
