**want と won't
**can と can't
**and
and → an' → 'n'
up and down → up 'n' down
What is it? → Wha-ti-si-t?
in an ordinary world → i-na-nordinary world
Anything like an alien → Anything lika-nalien
would you → woul-jyou
meet you → mee-chou
miss you → mi-shou
does you → doe-zyou
did you → di-jyou
I guess some folks are just strange like that. → I gue' ssome folks are just strange like that.
What do you need to help with? → Wha' do you nee' to help with?
I can't get to sleep. → I can' ge' to sleep.
it gets → i' gets
That'd be you.
But, → Bu',
It's hot! → It's ho'!
finish it. → finish i'.
**that と the
you → ya
This is → Th's 's
in → 'n
with → w'th
have → haf
lives → lifes
water → waler
shut up → shul-up
better → beller
at all → al-all
cut it out -→ cud-id-out
get out → gel-out
got it → god-it
little → lille
pretty → prelly
sort of → sort o' → sorta
kind of → kind o' → kinda
a lot of → a lot o'
because of that. → because o' that.
a tiny bit of that → a tiny bit o' that
lot of → lot o' → lota
lots of → lots o' → lotsa
out of → out o' → outta
have to → haff to → hafta
give me → gi' me → gimme
he、hisでも良くh音が落ちる。
like him → like 'im
like her → like 'er
got them → got 'em
**would haveの変化
would have → would of (would've)
should have → should of (should've)
woulda
shoulda
winter → winner
internet → innernet
wanted → wanned
don't know → donn' know → dunno
center → cenner
isn't it → isnn' it →innit
shouldn't I → shouldnn' I
- Why shouldn't I flip it?
wasn't I → wasnn' I
- But why wasn't I that person?
won't it → wonn' it
- Brigade'll have to do then, won't it.
- if that's the case, won't it be okay to force change to happen,
haven't it → havenn' it
won't have to → wonn' 'ave to
**want to と going to
want to → wan' to → wann'o → wanna
going to → goin' to → goinn'o → gonna
trying to → tryin' to → trynn'o → tryna
I'll find him! → I'll finn 'im!
wonderful → wonnerful
in the → inn 'e in a と聞き間違え易い
when they → whenn 'ey
- even when they're not on the phone?
- When they figured it out, it was only a matter of time.
when that → whenn 'at
And then → Ann 'en
And they → Ann 'ey
- And they say something like
I can't see your point though. → I can't see your poinn 'ough
witnesses → wi'nesses
- All the club members here are witnesses.
written → wri'en
accident → acci'ent
certain → cer'ain
- We're certain that it was Miss Suzumiya who closed the access to the past.
mustn't → mus'nn
- She is off to work again today and mustn't be late.
let me see → le' me see → lemme see
**is/has
is/has は、'sになってしまう。
- it's gone!
**does
There, that's the trick. ( Haruhi#12 ) ← that does the trick.
**you are
you are は、you're となる。
**would/had
**did
How did you do? → How'd you do?
did you → 'd you
**had better
- You better go!
**have got
- 'cause she's got a scary sister guarding her.
have to は、have got to となる。 have got to は、've gottaから、更に'veの音が落ちて、gotta だけになることがある。
- You gotta go!
*what are you と what do you
what are you と what do you の二つは、実は音からだけでは区別が付かないことがある。
what are you → whatのtが濁り、母音が曖昧化する whad're ya
what do you → whatのtが欠落し、母音が曖昧化する wha'do ya
- Wait! what are you doing, you idiot?!
- Hey, what do you mean?!

I'd like to → 'd like to
