SHIPについて調べた論文一覧

SHIPを調べての印象。

基本的にSHIPは免疫細胞で研究が進んでおり、PTENに比べて、脳においてはそれほど研究されていない。

ただ、PC12細胞において、SHIP2が軸索成長に関与していること。

また、SHIP2の発現量増加が、LTPに正に働くこと。

が報告されている。

ただ、一方で、SHIP2のmRNAは脳の神経細胞には発現していないという報告もある。

SHIP1については、さらに報告が少ない。SHIP2の阻害剤があることが判明した。

また、SHIP2についても、最近開発されているがどこで、売っているかは不明。

comment: this paper shows that the expression signal was evident in cell of the white matters, presumptiveoligodendrocytes, and no significant expression was seen inneuronsthroughout the development.
