Miller-Urey type experiments produce toxic chemicals, such as cyanide and formaldehyde, but not amino acids.

1. シアン化合物やホルムアルデヒドはアミノ酸を含む重要な生化学化合物に必要な構成要素である[Abelson 1996]。その意味で、それらは毒物ではない。
