Situation: You notice a foreigner at the entrance of your workplace who seems having trouble.

• Michael : Exceuse me sir , Are you working here ?
• You : Yes. How can I help You ?
• Michael : Nice to meet you. My name is Michael Jackson . I'm just an intern and this is my first day here.
• You : I noticed you still have your taravel bag with you. Come straight from the airport?
• Micael : Yeah. My instructions were to come here and report to the HR department.But I don't even know where it is.
• You : HR department is 4th floor. But you may need a security card to get in.
• Michael : Oh, I've been waiting here for more than 15 minutes, but no one shows up...
• You : Uhhn it's strange. OK, my department is next to them so I can take you there if you want.
