What is the Mugen Industry?
Mugen Industry, is Pirate/ PvP corp formed mostly by Japanese.
Fundamental Policy
- NBSI … Not Blue, Shoot It. Members are Allowed to shoot any PCs with no Blue tag.
- Tax 0% … We don’t correct any tax in the corp.
- Respect for Compensation and Assistance system … We make a point of the welfare work in order to fight out under difficult condition.
- Loyalty and Bravery … We value propriety and friends as very important. We fight against enemy with indomitable spirit.

- Small to Large scale fleet Roaming at 0.0 or Low-sec
- GC busting
- Gate Camping
- Mission Ganking
- Ransoming
- High-sec War
- And any other kinds of PvP
Inner Services
- Compensation Service … We indemnify for ship loss during the operation.
- Ship Purchasing Assistant Service … We provide various assistant services when members wish to deploy new ship to new branch station.
- Bonus System … Members will receive bonus when the whole profit in one combat action is more than 5 Million isk per a person. Also, we remunerate for member's daily kills and scouting activities based on Kill points in the kill board.
- Jump Clone Service … Members can make Jump Clone immediately by joining our related company.
- Transport Service … We provide high-sec transporting service, so that members can acquire what they need even they are outlaw.
- Inner Sales Service … Members can buy modules and ships that we took from "customers" cheaper than average price.
- Consumable Goods Providing Service … We provide members free T1 ballets, Cap Boosters, Probes, and Modules.
- Noob Assistance … We provide newbie members free Frigate, Cruiser size ships.
- Various Special Events … We take place battle tournaments, Large Operation and SiSi server training sometimes.
- Kill Board … Members are allowed to use our kill board authorized by Griefwatch.net.
- In-house Wikipedia … Members are allowed to use Mugen’s private Wikipedia and recommended to share information each other.
- TeamSpeak2 Server … Members are allowed to use Mugen’s private TS2 server.
- IRC Channel … Members are allowed to use Mugen's private IRC channel for communicating while off-line.
Mugen's Rule
We demand to respect the followings to Members.
- Etiquette … Treat co-workers and friend company’s members with care. Also, Do not be too rude even to antagonizing corp or prey.
- Communication … Log in to TS2 server and IRC while joining our operation/business. Also, Members are recommended to exchange greetings at the comings and goings of people no matter in Game, IRC, nor TS2.
- Act time … Members are recommended to log in EVE a few times in a week. Check out our wiki or Corp Mail regularly for there might be important notice on it.
- Partnership … Fundamentally, Mugen doesn't force to do anything. However, Members are strongly encouraged to join OP and other Events actively, since we believe that Achieving great goal by working together is what the Corp is established for and what the real enjoyment reason for joining Corp in EVE Online.
- Distinction between Real life and Game life … We can enjoy games because we have real life. Do not abandon your real life and be NO LIFE KING.
Prohibition
We prohibit Members from doing the followings.
- Too much of Slandering, abusive language, and Smacktalk
We think it is unmanly act. Behave like a man, respond with Guns, Missiles and Lasers!
- Usage of System bugs
- Committing a fraud, Nonfulfillment of engagement with prey at Ransoming
Honor Ransom!
- Any kind of action to let Mugen suffer a loss

About Joining and Leaving Mugen.
Recruitment Requirement.
- Those who can understand Japanese
- or Those who shows understanding toward our operations in Japanese language and can be cooperative with it
- Those characters in subscription account
- With the minimum skill point enough for PvP(We recommend to have at least 4M SP)
- And those who agreed with our policies written above
We’ll make a little interview for joining Mugen.
Recruit will be asked a few question like...
How much is your total skill points?
or
Have you ever had pvp experience?
or
Can you make Jump Clone by yourself?
etc etc.
Those characters which had been designated as high role in corp need 24 hours to be released from its authority, and they cannot join Mugen until 24 hours after quitting the former corp. Please be sure about it.
For questions about inquiry or application to Mugen, We are always awaiting you in Public Channel “JP-PKERS”.
We would have to force some members to leave Mugen in some case.
- Those who haven't been logged in for more than 2 month without notifying the reason to us.
- Those who violate Mugen’s policy heavily.
Use Corp Mail or Convo to let CEO and/or personnel department manager know when you got some reason you cannot log in for long time.
Diplomatic policy
For more details about Mugen’s foreign policy, Convo Mugen’s Diplomat (KillerKhan) or asks in Public Channel “JP-PKERS”.
We have been concluded mutual Blue relationship with some Japanese and foreigner corporations.
We show respect to our partner corp which, we think, the relationship is profitable.
However, Keep in mind that Mugen is a pirate corp, means, We are Public Enemy.
Goal
- Be strong as much as we can ...At least, acquire enough strenght to beat up anyone with same numbers.
- Establish large scale PvP power
- Achieve the goal with no help of existing large scale organization but Mugen and our friends
