the basic idea behind these combos is that you can cancel into a command move off
a blocked or connected 2c or 5c. (as a general rule you don't ever want to use
miyako's 6c, it prorates like crazy and if they block it you're screwed).
The last combo will combo the opponent all the way accross the screen
if you can catch them in it, even if they block it. Depending on the exact spacing,
you may need to dash quickly before the 5b into the air combo.
