○	Enable usage of chat bar as a command line	チャットバーでのコマンドラインの使用を有効にする	フェニックスの特長の一つであるコマンドライン機能。チャット欄に言葉を打ち込んでフェニックスの設定などを変更する機能。例えば、チャット欄で dd 128(enter)と打つと、描画距離が128mになる。flr(enter)と打つと上空にいても一瞬で地面にテレポートする、などなど・・ジェスチャーを作ってファンクションキーに割り当てれば1キーで様々な動作が可能。例：次のジェスチャーを作成し、そのジェスをF10キーに割り当てる。ジェスの内容は「Chat: /music http://fmt01.egihosting.com:19581」 → F10キーを押すとどこでも(自分の土地でなくても) XAMFM が聞ける
