INFORMATION FOR IMMIGRATION PROCEDURE
(「技術」Engineer)

必要書類（在留資格認定証明書）Necessary documents (Certificate of Eligibility)
1.　写真２枚（縦４センチ×横３センチ、6ヶ月以内に撮影したもの） 2 photos (4cm height x 3cm wide, taken within 6 months)
2.　履歴書　Resume (personal history)
3. パスポートのコピー　Copy of passport
4. 大学の卒業証明書の原本 Diploma or Graduation certificate (Original)
5. 日本の会社の登記簿謄本（発行後３ヶ月内のもの）Japanese company’s authorized copy of commercial company registration (TOKIBO-TOHON in Japanese, issued within 3 months)
6. 会社の損益計算書（新規事業の場合、１年間の事業計画書）Copy of most recent profit and loss statement of the company (Business plan of subsidiary company in Japan)
7. 会社の会社案内 Company brochures
8. 雇用契約書の写し（職務内容、地位、期間、報酬の記載のあるもの）Copy of contract of (indicating activity’s details, position, duration, and remuneration)
9. 在留資格認定証明書交付申請書署名欄（署名と署名した日付のみ記入）（Application Form）
