While the HF function is activated, it consumes energy each time an attack hits.
The formula for consumption is as follows.
200 * 1.2 ^ (rank effectLevel)
rank: sss = 6

If the attack hits while the HF function is activated, it reduces the enemy's HP.
The amount of decrease is the following formula.
0.5 * (1 + rank + effectLevel)

"Enemy's HP Reduction" completely ignores the defense.
This is not a damage, it subtracts directly from health.
