　- "You beat fastest record" means "Your new record is faster than (old) fastest time by 1 frame or over.(NOT same time)"
　- If you own fastest record in the challenge at deadline, you can get $ ($50 - other payments) !!
　　　Ex. Sucessful: 3 players, beat record: 2 times
