WebComponentsは2015年6月現在、Chrome等特定のブラウザのみサポートしている状況だが、
Polymerを使うと別のブラウザでもWebComponentsを試すことができる。

独自のcustom elementsを使う時は参考URL1が役に経つ。
既に用意されているcustom elementsを使う時は参考URL2,3が役に立つ。
尚、参考URL3を試すには、ダウンロードした後にローカルサーバを立てる必要がある模様。
