I wish I had studied hard and (I had) gotten the Information Technology Certifications when I was in my twenties.

In my company, the employees have to get these certifications. They consist of twelve categories, and the examinations are held every six months. If an employee doesn’t have some categories, he has to take the examination. Additionally, if he doesn’t take the examination for personal reasons, he has to pay the examination fee (by) himself.

For me, I have only three certifications. The older I grow, the weaker my memory becomes. In particular, the most difficult thing for me is learning by heart. I cannot memorize new things any more.

The next examination will be held on October 16th, so I have to prepare for this. If I (already) had these certifications, I wouldn’t have to study hard now
