I was delighted to hear about your visit to my home town. I am writing to invite you to stay with me. It takes about one hour from the Conference Centre to my home town by train. You can check the time table on the internet.

You absolutely have to go Minato-Mirai town because there are many beautiful places. We can see a lovely park and a medieval castle there. I hope you will get relaxed and eat delicious food.

In July, the weather is usually very hot. So, it’d probably be a good idea that you bring Shorts and T-shirts.

I am looking forward to meet you on the 18 July.
