Don't let my star-rating deter you. This is a good intermediate snuff. An amatuer just looking for a head-rush should avoid W of S Vanilla because it can be an initial turn-off. The essence of vanilla is most prevalent initially; however, it only lingers for a short time. This snuff strongly tingles the nose and should really be experience by those akin to snuff-taking.

This is one of my all time favorites. This snuff is good by itself as it sits softly in the nose but I use it all the time as a mixing base for my own creations. It adds a nice lower midrange subtle sweetness at the same time as cutting very radical menthol type snuffs when mixed together. This one should be in your snuff cabinet. I look at it as an ingredient actually.

I have to agree with the previous poster, but for different reasons. In fact, this snuff isn't for use all the time, but because I find that my nose loses the ability to smell the vanilla in the tobacco, not because it's not savory enough. In fact, I would use this all the time if the vanilla were stronger. I alternate it with some F&T snuffs, and when I go back, the vanilla is simply heavenly. Not to be missed.

Medium Brown in color, lightly moist. It is a bit clumpy, but nothing serious. The vanilla flavor is light and quite pleasant. moderately sweet in flavor, the vanilla really accents the natural tobacco flavor more than covers it up. This would make a good after-dinner snuff when you are craving something sweet, but I don't think it is "savory" enough to be an all-day snuff unless you have a sweetooth. I quite like it, but there are other snuffs that I reach for much more often, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. If you like vanilla, give it a try. This snuff is very mild and would be an easy one for beginners to try.
