[[亞柏‧席蒙>亞伯‧席蒙（Abel Simon）]]的老爸，曾有個叫艾莉西雅的未婚妻，但卻遭到好友[[孚士德‧格蘭迪>孚士德‧格蘭迪（Faust Grundy）]]的NTR，靈魂與心臟被交易給鬼城，成為一個失去靈魂的空殼，在空殼期間拋棄了艾莉西雅，和別人結婚生下了亞柏，之後散盡家財，在窮困潦倒中死去。

靈魂一直被囚禁在鬼城之中，形象是個半透明的老人鬼魂，在[[萊斯特>萊斯特‧格蘭迪（Lester Grundy）]]與亞柏一起到鬼城營救[[莉茲>伊莉莎白‧古克（Elizabeth Crook）]]時，以NPC的身分給了萊斯特很多通關提示。

事實上一直暗戀孚士德，但一直到死都沒讓孚士德知道這件事。

對自己的兒子和萊斯特搞在一起這件事似乎樂見其成，死後甚至還很缺德地把孚士德的鬼魂抓來看這件事。

Simple Simon went to look if plums grew on a thistle; 
傻瓜席蒙去看薊上的李是不是已長齊； 
He pricked his fingers very much which made poor Simon whistle. 
但他卻刺傷了手指叫得慘兮兮。 
He went for water in a sieve but soon it all fell through; 
他坐進水面上的篩子並很快沈了下去； 
And now poor Simple Simon bids you all "Adieu" 
可憐的傻瓜席蒙只好說了句：「再會矣」。
