A player with eagerness to complete the game in this festival is particularly welcome.
Understand and observe the rules and outline.
Allow your broadcast to be on the live coverage by festival organizers.
Don't input any control when you are not broadcasting. (Any streaming site (Nicolive, Stickam, Twitch etc.) is acceptable.)

Whether you can be a speaker in the live coverage. (We are planning events such as interviews.)
If it is scheduled, the time to participate. (for example: April 19, 08:30 - April 20, 02:00)
The deadline for acceptance is not set. When is it best to send? Anytime will be fine!
It will be OK that you participate on the very day of the festival,
but even in that case, it would be helpful if you could submit your entry after the format above.
