so in the Kingdom vs Kingdom battles, players can become special summon creatures and also constructure some structures;
befor e we go into the summons and structures, we need to go over something about the Crystal.
in most cases, in order to construct buildings or summon, you will most likely need to have some crystals.
Few ways to obtain crystal;
Sit near one of those Crystals, and slowly you will gain crystals.
Level 1~10 = can mine up to 10 crystals
Level 11~20 = can mine up to equal to level
Level 21~35 = can mine up to 20 crystals
Level 36~40 = 21~25 crystals
However, regardless of your character level, each person can hold up to max of 50 crystals.
You can trade other people to give/or get crystals from them
You can also gain crystals by killing enemy players; 3 crystals for each kill
Note: you will lose 3 crystals if you die, if you're not carry any crystals, you won't lose any, but the enemy will still gain 3 crystals.
So, just a few general tips about the Crystal; there is a limited amount of crystal you can mine from one Crystal, so don't waste it.
Don't sit at the crystal when your HP is not full, as it will take some of the crystal and heal you (thus decreasing the amount of crystals you can use)
1) Knight
2) Giant
3) Wraith
4) Chimera
5) Dragon
Knight
Can be summoned at the Castle for 40 crystals (decreased to 30 crystals in later patches)
Moves pretty quick, and deals good damage against enemy summons, but horrible against infantry and structures.
Ke y roles in battle:
1) To scout around and look out for enemy summons(especially Chimeras) ; Alert the army when enemy summons are sighted, or if enemy infantries breaking thru sidelines
2) To protect our own summons and keep the enemy knights away from them.
3 ) Due to its fast movement, sometimes can be used to quickly transport crystals or construct buildings
Attacks:
1st attack is a fast, close range attack
2nd attack is a slow, mid range attack with penerating effect
Giant
can be summoned at the Warcraft for 30 crystals. Extremely slow moving, pretty good against structures, highly vunerable to knights.
Key roles:
1) Taking down enemy structures
2) can sometimes be used as a decoy to distract the enemy knights while the Chimera advances from another path
Attacks
1st skill - Cannons, great against buildings, can't fire if you're too close
2nd skill - Stomp, hits a small area aound you, knocking back enemies
Wraith
can be summoned at the Gate of Hades for 50 crystals; ONLY 1 can be summoned at a time. Moves relatively slow, good against infantry and pushing the frontlines. Still vunerable to knights
Key Roles:
1) Suppressing the frontline and try to push forward
2) Offering cover for the Chimera
Attack Skills:
Ice attack - long range attack that slows the enemy down
Sword Slash - mid/close range attack, horizontally slash down enemies, deals more damage than the Ice attack
Darkness - causes an area around the Wraith to become completely dark (only for the enemies), will continuously drain the Wraith's PW, and will auto-cancel out when you are out of PW
Chimera
can be summoned at the Castle for 40 Crystals, and you will also need Chimera Blood Bottle; which will be consumed once you summon. Other requirements; You can only 1 Chimera at a time, and only a max of 2 per battle. First Chimera can be summoned after your morale bar is decreased to the 2nd bar, and the Second Chimera can be summoned after your morale bar is decreased to the last bar.
Can potentially turn the tides of battle with one of its attacks; moves slightly faster than infantry, so when moving, keep that in mind so you do not go too far ahead by yourself.
Key roles:
1) use Final Burst on the enemy Castle -> can be a huge turning point in battle
2) can be used to push the frontlines (rarely done so)
Attacks Skills:
Fire -> similar to the Mage's Fire D, short range, deals fire DoT
Ice -> similar to Mage's Ice D, AoE freeze + slow
Lightning (I believe this is added in the later patches) - > similar to Mage's Lightning D, ignores height difference
Stomp -> deals AoE damage around self, knocks enemy backwards
Final Burst -> can only be used when close to the enemy Castle; deals huge damage to the Castle (usually equal to 1 whole morale bar)
Dragon
is summoned when you die while having the Dragon Soul item in your inventory when you die, the item will be consumed upon summoning the dragon; note that they are by random chance and even if you have the item in the inventory and die, does not guarantee you to summon a dragon. max of 3 can be summoned; 1st dragon -> 0.75 morale bar lower than the enemy, 2nd dragon -> 1 morale bar lower than enemy, 3rd dragon -> 1.25 morale bar lower than enemy.
Excellent against Infantries, Summons or Structures, can fly (thus take advantage of the heights and avoid the enemy knights); cannot regen PW while flying, you will have to land for your PW to recover.
Key Roles:
1) Take out enemy Obelisks and Gate of Hades or other structures if necessary
2) Cover chimera; can deal quite a bit of damage to knights
Attack:
Fireball: similar to mage's Fire C, with even more DoT damage
note: dragons are nerfed in later versions, deal less damage.
So now we move onto structures:
(pic: img96.imageshack.us/img96/3839/struc tures1.jpg)
1) Obelisk
2) Arrow Tower
3) Warcraft
4) Gate of Hades
5 ) Eclipse
6) Scaffold
7) Bulwark
O belisk
requires 15 crystals to construct, use to expand the territory control (and also reveals a bit more for the mini map). When destroyed, will decrease morale bar. Can only be constructed within your territory control (try to build it as close to edge as possible, to make use of the full radius of the Obelisk expansion) Max of 25 can be constructed (can be reconstructed if destroyed)
Ar row Tower
requires 18 crystals to construct, fires arrows in multiple targets every now and then, deals small damage, but will offer some cover for your infantry and usually slows the enemy's advance slightly. Max of 10 can be constructed (can be rebuilt), must be constructed within own territory of control.
W arcraft
requires 20 crystals to construct, only 1 can be constructed (can be rebuilt), allows Giants to be summoned from there; thus try to place the Warcraft close so you can reduce the travel distance for the giants.
G ate of Hades
requires 20 crystals to construct, ONLY 1 can be constructed for the entire battle (if it is destroyed, it is gone for good, cannot be rebuilt). Allows Wraith to be summoned from there; usually built close to the Castle to avoid the Gate from being an easy target.
Eclipse
requires 11 crystals to construct, max of 5 can be constructed (can be rebuilt), expands the territory, much smaller and less HP than Obelisks, but can be built upon the enemy's territory; but still has to be within your area of control. will increase you territory and decrease the enemy's, but also prevent them from constructing Arrow Towers or Obelisks or other structures. When destroyed, less damage is dealt to the morale bar.
Scaffold
each player can construct 1 per battle, requires no crystal; once destroyed, its gone. Does not affect the morale bar and can be constructed regardless of the territory control and will not have any affect on the Structure damage rankings after battle. Good for helping you jump to a higher area or offering cover to some enemy attacks / enemy vision.
Bulwark
r equires 30 crystal to construct, max of 3 can be constructed (can be rebuilt). Good for walling off a certain narrow area to halt the enemy's advance. Note that in most cases, people can jump over the bulwark with a help of the scaffold. The bulwark can also aid in jumping really high places (but usually require a scaffold as well)
hmm not sure if this tips are useful or not
Knights can gang up and take out weaken soldiers which most likely unsummon themselves to recover HP.
useful marco when scouting are
"/a E.knight/s (pos) msg=num" E=enemy n msg=num is Number of spam = Enemy Knights can be use same to giants
"/a E.Wraith (tcl) (pos)" (tcl) to comfirm its class as different class deal different damages
Warrior deals more damage to Scouts
Scouts deals more damage to Mages
Mages deals more damage to Warrior
Giants can also do indirect firing (firing onto the ground near buildings) by switching to the mouse pointer But will leave u vulnerable to enemy knights as u can't easily see them around u(right click n hold to view surrounding/left click to fire cannons)
Wraiths summoners will be better when they have this marco in their quickkey
"/as (pos) Spreading Darkness Power left(pw)" as u use Darkness or
"/as (pos) Darkness ended" to declare end of Darkness or the combine one
"/as (pos) Spreading Darkness Pow(pw) 0=Darkness ended"
Chimera will auto decrease hp once summoned
Chim era Blood ingredients are Blood of Beast+ Kapera water(translate from jap)
Blood of Beast can be obtain from any Jackal type mobs(rare drop) and Kapera water can be bought from item store for around 2,000G
For FBs(Final Bust) better have Knights and Wraith and some Soldiers to counter enemy soldiers as solo FB rarely succeed and FB is a very close range attack
Dragon
D ragon Soul is a rare drop from undead mobs and rare obtain from harpy's drop Enigma Box (in jap)
Dr agon's Fireball consumes around 30pow per shot so you have a max of three shots better not use for killing knights as their as fast as dragons
Obelisk
It can be build on some weird places on the battlefield makes it hard for Warriors to destory
e.g. Big Trees and inaccessible cliffs(onli cliff jumper noes the access)
Warcraft
A lthough Warcraft can be built to reduce the travel distance for the giants but pls declare b4 building as if its too near to enemy lines it gets stuck there unless someone is stupid enough to destroy it(hopefully) as 1 can only be built at 1 time unless the last one got destroyed
Scaffold
Works well when built into a Scaffold Forest (Scaffold built close to each other) for dodging AoEs and narrow paths options for enemy players. Easily destroyed by Giants =p
