上田温泉電軌デナ200形のデナ202。1928年日本車輛製造製。別所線用車両として製造され1950年にモハ5250形のモハ5252に。集電装置をポールからパンタグラフに変更（1945年）された程度の変更で、1986年10月1日の架線電圧昇圧に伴う運用離脱まで使用。9月30日の最終列車で運用され、別所温泉駅の側線（現在の留置位置）に自力で入線しパンタグラフを降ろし、そのまま廃車・静態保存に。編成を組んでいた僚車モハ5251は5252と共に別所温泉駅で保存されたが、上田市内のさくら国際高校に譲渡され移送（キャンパス内で静態保存）、もう1両のモハ5253は上田駅、後に中塩田駅で留置されたのちに長野計器株式会社（創業が地元の上田市）に引き取られ上田市内の丸子電子機器工場で保存。</p>
