備考：1969年日本車輛製造製。日車規格型入換機で、西武秩父線東横瀬駅の入換機として使用（車籍なし）。1983年、西武拝島線小川駅から伸びていたブリヂストン東京工場専用線で使用されていたD16（同型機）が専用線廃止に伴い転用され、西武D15形D16となるが、D15は引き続き無車籍のまま使用。1996年、西武の貨物列車廃止に伴い使用停止となり、秩父鉄道に譲渡、広瀬川原車両基地の入換機となる。</p>
