QCoreApplicationまたはそのサブクラス（GUIアプリの場合は通常QApplication）のサブクラスを作り、
virtual bool QCoreApplication::winEventFilter( MSG* msg, long* result )
をオーバーライドする。 Qtに引き続きメッセージを処理させたい場合はfalseを返す。
