My strengths are biking and swimming at all distances but I seem to be
better in the shorter races
Weaknesses are running, as much as mentally being able to handle breathing
so damn hard. Others pass me all the time who are breathing much more heavily
than me.
Opportunities- New Age Group! I think there is still more upside on
swim/bike than run but all 3 are oppotunities. Biking my best is the best
opp.
