**概容
男性・女性別々に投票を行う。
まず予選を行い、男性は108名、女性は144名を本戦に選出。
一回戦は男性が6人一組、女性が8人一組となり、それぞれ上位2名が通過。（108名→36名、144名→36名）
二回戦は男女とも6人一組となり、それぞれ上位2名が通過。（36名→12名）
準々決勝を3人一組で行い、準決勝及び決勝はタイマンで行う。

*第２回声優板最萌トーナメント規定

**エントリー規定
+予選エントリー資格は、原則としてアニメ・ゲーム・ラジオ・CDドラマ・洋画等の分野において少なくとも２作品以上でレギュラー出演の経験があること。
+声優板にあるスレ（過去スレは除く）のタイトルに名前がある声優をピックアップし、「個人スレ持ち声優」として優先的に予選にエントリーする。
+改名・変名であることが公式に表明されていない声優は別人としてエントリーする。（表名と裏名は別々にエントリーすること）

**参加の仕方
◎投票用の記号について
　・予選、本戦ともに　<<声優名>>　(←半角の不等号２コ)の形式で投票してください。
　　＜＜＞＞,　＜< >＞,　≪ ≫,　〈〈 〉〉,　《 》などは無効です。
　・<<>>は、本文中の好きな場所にどうぞ。配置や前後の改行も自由ですが、<<>>内での改行はご遠慮ください。
　・<<>>で括られた内側の名前は正確に書いてください。誤字・脱字は集計されない可能性が高いです。

◎大事なルール
　・本戦は１戦につき「１人の声優に対して１票」です。（細則、予選は後述）
　※己の萌えに掛けて多重投稿は禁止。
　・萌え文『必須』です。声優さんの感想コメント付きのレスを必ず添えてください。
　※コードと投票用の記号だけのレスは無効になります。
　・声優や支援者への誹謗あるいは中傷にあたる投稿は禁止です。
　※掲示板のルール（宣伝目的の外部URL貼付の禁止等）は守りましょう。

◎投票用コードの扱いについて
　・男女ともにコード『必須』です。コードを添えない場合、集計対象にならないので、必ず添えてください。
　・男女でコード発行所が分かれています。
　※男性（女性）の発行所で発行されたコードを女性（男性）の投票に使うと無効になります。

**細かなルール
　・投票スレは、性別ごとにスレを投票所板に立てます。
　・投票時間は、0:30:00～23:00:59まで。時間外の票は無効です。
　・集計人などによる得票数の中間発表はありません。また票数についての書き込みは禁止です。
　・同票数の場合は、両者勝ち上がりとします。
　　ただし0-0の場合は両者負けとする。決勝で同点ならそのとき考える。
　・12時間以上にわたり板が㌧で、試合が中断した場合は後日再戦。それ以内は有効試合です。
　・18禁な内容を直接投票スレに書き込むのはご遠慮ください。（支援する際も、pink板から引用する形にすること）
　・投票所スレ内での選挙活動は他の規定に違反しない限り自由です。
　・有効投票はスレの1000まで。それ以降の投票は次スレで。

　　○本戦ルール（細則）
　　・１回戦・２回戦は各組上位２名が通過。

　　○予選ルール
　　・予選は男女とも１１組で男性は上位９名、女性は上位１２名が通過。
　　　その後、男性各組１０～１２位、女性各組１３～１６位を集めそれぞれ予選１２組を行い、
　　　男性上位９名と女性上位１２名が予選通過。
　　・予選は１試合につき最大男性６名、女性８名まで投票可能です。
　　　規定の人数を超えて投票した場合、その投票は無効となりますのでご注意ください。
